Communication and coordination on site

I led communication and contributed to field operations for the ASI Multisports Tournament at UFR3S Lille, December 2025. The event brought together 500+ people across four disciplines, with venue and weather changes to handle before the start.

Adapting when plans changed

A venue conflict and heavy rainfall required changes in the hours before the event. Both were handled while maintaining the scheduled start and the competition.

A university match was scheduled in the main gymnasium, leaving the tournament without its planned venue two hours before the start.

What changed

An alternate gymnasium was secured within 45 minutes and equipment transfers were coordinated. The tournament started on time.

Heavy rain made the outdoor disc golf area unsuitable, raising concerns about participant safety and equipment damage.

Disc golf moved into the gymnasium with an adapted course and rules. Equipment was protected and the competition continued indoors.
